I need help with this!!!

Last night was it the most intense I have ever been to projecting.. I felt prodding and movement with my conscious body within 30 minutes of lying still. Like someone was poking me me to do something. The problem is I get all the visions and I feel light but my heart starts to beat fast and I start to sweat. Then I have to start all over once I become comfortable...I've only had one ap and its wasn't a good one. But I'm convinced I'm not afraid. It's been almost a year ago since the first time. Which by the way, I didn't know that's what it was at that time. In my visions I have seen a blue color man. I have seen creepy creeps! Like a long nose mask man. I don't get vibes like I did in the beginning...I really don't think it's necessary at this point. I just need to separate! Any body have any suggestions?
