Hearing things and nightmares

I posted this part on another thread but would like to start a new one since I'm not sure if what I heard is related to what I dream.

Monday, 4/28 I was in the living room with one of our rabbits while my boyfriend was in the bedroom with two of our rabbits. I was spending time with the newer one since she's all by herself and haven't bonded with the other two yet and watching TV. I heard a man which I thought was my boyfriend calling my name. So, I went into the bedroom asking him what does he want. He looked at me and said I didn't call you. I said are you sure and he said yeah I'm just watching TV. I told him I heard a man call my name so I thought it was you. So, we both shrugged it off and left it at that.

Tuesday, 4/30 was a very realistic nightmare. It's the second time it took place in the place I live in. Usually my nightmares are elsewhere, some place I do not recognize.

First one was a horrible disfigure face and no body, but I could tell for whatever reason it was female and I woke up. That was the end of that one.

Second one I woke up yelling STOP! I was lying in bed and the dresser in front of the bed there was a man standing there telling me something. I can't remember who it was but I do know I know him. Only part I remember was the guy telling me she wants to hurt me. I don't know who she is but after he said that, my blanket was wrapped around my head squeezing my head. I tried to scream out to Jason to help me but nothing would come out of my mouth. I tried really hard to wake up but couldn't. Finally I somehow screamed STOP! I woke up and Jason did too. He asked what was that noise. I told him I think I made the noise (but I wasn't sure) and went back to sleep.

This morning I asked him what noise did I make. He said it sounded like a loud whistle and than silence. He said it almost seem like I stopped breathing for awhile.

First it was a man calling my name and now the bad dream. Hopefully that's the end of everything. Is there a meaning to the dream? Is someone or something trying to warn me about something?
