THIS IS KILLING ME!!!

Why do bad things happens to good people? is there such thing as justice? I mean I believe in karma but what about justice for good ppl? Like ppl who don't accept tragic experiences aspecially Ones that are ex. Engaged to be married? they clearly don't choose this experience aspecially that their family isn't strong enough to handle it...it seems to do more bad than good.

This also makes me think about mental illness. But that's another subject actually to be honest I get angry thinking about it how unfair it is.

You answered your own question--we are spiritual Beings having a human "experience"..There is a reason for everything that happens and everything happens for a reason--a learning experience for soul growth...

I agree with Juanita and even throw out the idea that we all have had many lives as "good" guys and "bad" guys, lucky and unlucky. I'm sure it all balances out in the end.

Through personal suffering one can learn empathy and compassion for others, and acquire greater understanding.

There are many trials and tribulations in life, through experiencing them - and overcoming them - we learn and grow.

Thank you all for your posts but somehow that doesn't make me feel any better. Probably because im referring to my personal experience with someone very close to me. I wish I could go to more detail but it might be inappropriate here. But thank you all

I know what you mean, that there is not much comfort for an individual that is going through an experience that is not pleasant. To hear that it's for the soul to learn and grow. To me, such a notion, seems for cold and uncaring. Distant almost. As if we are just some machine at the whims of our souls bidding.

Why do bad things happen? There are various answers to this, from lessons, to karma, to anything under the sun. Perhaps it's as simple as we live in a world where we create good and bad by our actions upon the world. And when our actions are "bad" we can also impact others with our actions. So they get drug into our actions and our worlds.

Perhaps in knowing that we can create our worlds and our realities we can break from of the reality that bad things happen to us and allow ourselves to create a reality where "good" things happen to us and we bring that "good" to others.

Wow thank you amy and innerlight I feel better a lot better. These kind emotions come up in me maybe every couple yrs. It just kindof cameout Of nowhere and yes I know it's caused by surpresing and not dealing with my emotions etc. and I know it's not good but it's how I deal with it. Talking about it helps me tho but eventually it comes back but getting some satisfactory answers does help I guess it would be easier to heal if I knew the damage was Over but sometimes it continues and there's nothing u can do about it and u just deal with it...

Also thank you Belle you made me feel better by acknowledging that it's alright to ask and question. What would I do if I didn't have this wonderful support system from all you wonderful and smart ppl :-P thank you again
