Starting to change diet to veganism if possible.

Hey vegans- how do you all get your sources of omega 3, DHA and EPA?

Hi,
DHA and EPA-from algae and seaweed.
Omega 3-almost all seeds contain omega 3,mainly walnuts and hazelnuts. Also flaxseed oil.

If you're genuinely interested in adopting a vegan diet, this is a good place to start ...

I won't give a direct link, but if you Google "Opti3" there is an excellent vegan source of omega 3 (in the all-important EPA and DHA forms, which are easily assimilated by the body). It also contains a vegan source of vitamin D3. I have used it for the past few months.
