Oh, I see. Have you tried putting a beautiful ball of white light around yourself and visualize a wall or a screen that any thoughts coming your way cannot get through. Maybe that would help.
I get voices but usually they are warnings to help me or help me with an issue I'm having so I appreciate them.
I don't so much hear the thoughts of others but I am very aware of their feelings and what they're thinking as an extension of their feelings (hope that makes sense).
