the weirdest experience & i don’t know what it means

so i was just laying down watching tv w my roommate & all of a sudden i got this feeling of some weird energy like idk an imbalance in the universe. it started to get so intense it was uncomfortable i had to sit up as soon as i sat up i got this blinding headache & i started to get this vision of the route to behind a building in town it felt like i needed to go there it started to feel like my body was being pulled in all directions like my skeleton was being pulled towards something like my body was being taken somewhere i felt like i was going to throw up i had to take a freezing cold shower just to feel like my body was being grounded again but even after that it felt like some type of panic attack i had to pinch myself to keep my body from leaving or that’s what it felt like after about 10 minutes i finally felt normal.

in the past i’ve had visions and have even been able to respond to things people were thinking. almost reading their mind i guess you could call it. i’ve also had instances where i felt negative energy before something bad would happen or something that could put me in danger appeared. i’ve always just put it off. my friends always joking i was some type of psychic but this really scared me. i don’t know what it was and i’m hoping someone might have some insight or had something similar happen to them?

I think and feel you have a high degree of sensitivity. We are all psychic and telepathic to some degree.

Your inclinations are to be frightened by these experiences and sensations. If you could relax your intellectual concerns over them, it would help a lot I suspect.
