Akashic Record Clearing

Not sure where to stick this so putting it here.

About a month and a half ago I started with Akashic Record clearing. Not by myself, but with a guided visualisation/meditation during a webinar by Adrian Lee who specialises in this.
The first one I did was a general clearing of basically everything and anything you can think of. Including the clearing and/or deleting of 2 soul contracts.

The 2nd was on poverty and abundance blocks.
The 3rd one I'm doing will be next week and is on relationships. Not just love relationships, any type of relationship.

Doing this work is entirely new to me, as is working with Adrian Lee.
I did have some big shifts during the ones I've done. The first big shift had to do with clearing things that don't serve you related to religion. That was huge! As if a kind of thick and heavy layer of plaster was removed from the front of my body.
And if memory serves, the clearing and removing blocks related to ancestors also shifted quite a lot for me.
There has been more, but I didn't write it down.

The idea is to do these clearings (or one of them) on daily basis for extended period of time. I have done the first one several times, but not daily.
I've been struggling with an ear infection since mid-August, not out of the woods yet, and that has basically taken up a lot of energy and time. It kind of became the focus of my life since it caused me so much grief.
Right now doing better so I can begin to pick up things I normally do. Hopefully more meditations as well!

As it is, I'm curious what will come up and shift with the one concerning relationships!

Anyone else here ever done Akashic record clearing? Experiences?

Tonight I'm having another Akashic Record clearing by Adrian Lee. I'm very much looking forward to it, quite excited about it actually.
It's a deep clearing concerning health and healing, requested by many, and will also have psychic surgery.
He's done clearing concerning healing before but in this one he's taking it to another level.
Can't wait!

Earlier tonight I again did the intensive Akashic clearing concerning health.
The first time I had difficulty getting into it and surrendering to the process, but this time a lot came up!
On our way to our Akashic Temple he says you can look around and maybe see things from a past life. Those then come up as they want clearing. You can also see people. At some point he says to stop and look around.
The first time I didn't, cannot even recall him saying that, this time I did as he said. And as through a mist I saw a scene to do with me getting stoned.
I know that has happened. At least once, not sure about more than that, but at least the once. I couldn't see it clearly, didn't want to either, way too emotional and painful. I'm certain that's why I could only see it as if peering through mist.
I was crying and knew right away I had to work on that for the session of this evening. Apparently that event is behind a lot of physical ailments.
I almost immediately felt pain at the back of my head, near the skull ridge. I have a lot of neck problems, head injury etc. etc. But I felt/saw/sensed/knew (either one or all of them at the same time) that I had a larger stone hit me in that area of the skull ridge. It did a lot of damage, crushed the bone there leaving a gap or serious dent with broken bone fragments in my skull.
I got all that in a fraction of 1 second, speed of light.

In any case, so so much has happened this time!
When we could delete and let go of Soul contracts that no longer serve and that negatively affect my health, it wasn't a matter of just a few contracts but a vast amount! It was huge!
Like a few you can cut the cords with a scissor one by one and be done, this required a more serious tool and work.

Much has been removed, cleared, cleansed from my organs. At some point I felt that specifically from my intestines, liver, diaphragm.

During the 5 mins of physic surgery it was also odd. At some point it was as if they had my head separated from my body, yet it was somehow still attached, and lifted it up, held it there, up, stretching ligaments, tissue, and doing whatnot to my neck. As if much debris and shizzel was flushed out of my neck vertebrae and the nerves there for which the head had to be moved up in order to allow that all to be removed and/or flow out.
It was the oddest sensation.

In any case, I'm glad I took the time to do it!
I hadn't really planned it, I was actually watching a series, and out of the blue felt like doing that clearing which I then did.

I cannot even remember everything that happened, but it was epic!

From my perspective, based on my experience, the karma or let us say imbalances are of three types:

1 past lives impressions
2 karma generated in this life
3 the karma we have agreed to resolve in this life

Essentially, in simple words, karma relates to action done by ego, misaligned from love.

Karma at S. Nos. 1 & 2 can be waived off by God or if one doe not believe in God, let’s say, our Self or universal consciousness. Cutting cords etc is fine as a mental exercise but I hold the view that transcendence is at heart.

The karma at S. No. 3 cannot be erased, in my opinion, simply because it has already been impulsed and is now being experienced by us in linear time. However, if our vibrations are at a higher level, then we are not impacted by what occurs.

As I said, I’m sharing this as of experience as it unfolded in slow motion. Of course, each person experiences differently, in as perceived.

I'm about a bit skeptic for that kind of supposed karma cleaning solutions,akashic files etc,if it was so easy to remove or get rid of old karma,situations or whatever,everyone will do it and get rid of every negative their karma life had so far.

For,example i would like to erase some bad colleagues relationships from past workplaces that affected my life and psychology in a negwtive way,how this could be possible???

Alonso. Here are my thoughts regarding your problems (which I also read in the Healing thread)

I believe (through my own experience) that learning how to control your thoughts is the way to a happier and healthier life.

Learning about Buddhas teachings on this subject is extremely helpful.

Alonso, that doesn't really have to do with Akashic Record clearing. Could do, but not necessarily. It's something you can work on with a coach if you cannot work it out yourself.
Or do a decent course in intuitive development, which is also personal growth. That should get you the answers as well.

Peculiar that the only thing people pick up on is karma. I guess it's the only thing people have heard of maybe, and have no idea what Akashic Records are nor what you can clear from it, even though I've given ample examples.

You think doing Akashic cleaning record solved some of the issues you wanted?
