I Googled it. There is a place called 3rd Eye Reiki that offers training.

I heard that this channel is universal and it seems to me that is not fair to charge people for joining it....

You heard wrong. They attune to you the energy, then show you how to use it. There are different hand symbols they teach you. You're not just paying for the energy.
