Energy change??
This morning lying on my bed awake i heard the words 'your energy is going to change' i then felt my spirit body moving about inside my body, i felt my spirit wrapping round me in place as i adjusted.
I dont know what i experienced but it was strange. I was wide awake able to sit up and move physically and feel my spirit moving around my body.
Also felt like i was rocking at the same time.
The words energy change was not based on what happen but the first step. And the final step im told complete transformation. I find it hard to understand this and what it means

I really dont know it just happened, its happened before but not as strong as this time round. Its like i moving around my body head by my feet, i wouldnt say its uncomfortable just feel unusual.
