How to dream for longer?
I was reading some article and there was something about Robert Monroe having a 100 year long dream.
Is that even possible?
If not, what is the longest dream i can have, and what do i have to do to make it longer?

Hi sharkboy
It wouldn't be 100 years in the physical sense of years.
I've had dreams that have lasted 'years'. But years in the dreamworld.
To prolong your dreams, keep a dream journal. Think about dreams in waking life. Respect the dreams, try and work them out. Use your imagination throughout the day. Imagine flying to work/school. Use all your senses. *Don't do this if you are driving*
See the ground rush by, hear the wind whizzing past you, smell the freshly mown grass underneath you, taste the chewing gum in your mouth and feel the clothes against your skin.
Saturate your mind with dreams. Make them your biggest hobby.
At night do the above italicised exercise. It doesn't have to be flying - use your imagination. Walk along the beach, climb a tree in a forest, go to another planet. You are only limited by your imagination.
The key is to use all your senses.
This prepares your mind for adventure.

Remembering
We dream all the time. The challenge is to open up about remembering them.
Relax & just invite the recollection to emerge. With all energetic things we benefit much more from gently relaxing into the energy than trying to push it too hard. Pushing it is usually always counterproductive.
