This makes sense or not
I had the following idea:
"If we are fearful it is because we are facing a fear."
We just don't know which fear we are facing.
This makes sense?
For example someone climbing to the everest would look fearful to me.. Aaah look at him he is fearful. But fear is in fact quite normal.

Me for example:
I always had some fear issues. I never knew why.
Now, 38, I understood that telepathic influences smash me to the ground. Fear comes from outside!!! Even fear of life is injected to me telephatically. I.e. entities demoralizing me..
I am facing my fear of telepathy?

Well its about time you realize that what is on the outside has nothing to do with you, why entertain it, it doesn't belong to you.

My take on this is that when we feel fear, it can be for many different reasons, i.e. overreaction (overthinking a situation), intuition (which I would always heed) or, maybe, as indicated bringing up something that needs addressing.
