So while I agree that it's not a case of 'thinking' you met them, it bothers me too when people go all guns blazing 'I FOUND MY TWIN FLAME YESTERDAY' because to me this is something that needs to be thoroughly tested within yourself. To the point of agony. Over and over again. Until you realise that every time you return to yourself, you return to them. But maybe that's just me.

And also, every statement we ever make is just a snapshot of where we are in that moment. Sometimes we aren't in our truth. How many times have we gone 'I know this is real' one minute and 'Oh my god I'm INSANE' the next? (Or maybe that's just me again!) But if you know what I'm talking about, that isn't because it ISN'T real, it's because we haven't reached the point where we trust ourselves to know.

I went through that as well. It was my friends who kept saying that they thought something was weird about how much we looked alike despite being different races. Then i started to notice things when i stopped obsessing. when i focused on my own healing is when the answer literally came out of nowhere. One moment id say no hes my tf...then the next id say this is crazy i dont believe in this!
