I think this whole Twin Flame phenomana needs a big upgrade... You don't need a concept to built relationships on. If you think you need a concept to explain what your are experiencing, that's fine. Buit don't let this concept decide what to do. For Love is the area of the Heart - not of the Mind. Listen to your Heart - not to the Mind. Your Mind is propably already confused by all these TF-talks, some say everybody has a twin flame, others say it's extremely rare, different explanations of the origin of tf exists, the whole internet is full of this buzz. How do you find out what's real? Well, if your mind gets in this confusion, you better let go the whole tf-idea and look at what really matters.
What matters is the feeling inside your Heart. Your Heart knows already. Your Heart doesn't need explanations. Your Heart simply Loves. Your Heart is only Love. And Love knows how to Love... Love is Love. There is only one Love. There is not Twin Flame Love or Soul Mate Love. Love doesn't differentiate.

If your Heart tells you to connect with another then you connect, if your Heart tells you to disconnect with him or her then then you disconnect. Step out of the fear. By listening to the Heart. Nothing can go wrong if you listen to your heart. Your Heart is much more intelligent then your Mind. Ask your Mind to sit in the backseat in matters of the Heart.

Fear comes from the mind. Fear creates all this trouble in relationships where one or both are constantly putting guilt on the other. This doesn't help you, nor the other. Stop blaming the other, if you are in a relationship or have been, you are evenly involved and you both are 100% responsible. 100% responsible means you take all responsibiliy and FORGIVE him or her completely. FORGIVING is an act of the Heart, not of the mind. You don't have to wait for the other to forgive you. YOU forgive. Now your mind tells you that that is not fair. Well, ask your mind to get in the backseat again and stay there. This is the real power of Love, of the Heart. TO FORGIVE. Forgive your self first so that you will be able to forgive the other. Become whole in your self through the Love that is filling your heart and streaming over in an endless continious stream.

No matter what, let Love take your Live back, Heal you and Heal others.

Very nice post. I think when you meet your tf your mind will be subdued because you heart knows it and has known it for like forever. Every physical, chemical, intellectual attraction or "type" falls off!

Love is Love and how can you go wrong when you follow your heart! It's not always so easy to just take away the fear though! Although it's something I'm personally working on.
