doing daily bikrum not hot
i have done 100 classes of hot bikrum yoga now i practice from home
i want to be more flexable be able to move my hips if i dance
any reccomendations?
I want very good balance as well and to help look younger healthy etc..
I know it is helping i have come so far in life however i wonder if there are better ways
