Strong Vibrations
Whenever I try to meditate only for 5 min a day, the next couple of days after I will experience strong vibrations. My chin would buzz constantly and would feel lots of strange sensations on my face. I stopped meditating because of this because it is very uncomfortable for days then stops.

I kinda know what you mean. For me I go thru pains since I began. I keep doing it because there is also pleasure. And over time as the energys work thru the blocks the pleasure is greater than the pain. If your feeling it that strong from five minutes that is very powerful I think. Good luck with what ever you do!
