How to do Yoga. PROVEN to work.
I'll be telling you how I practice Yoga. (Meditation)
First you sit in the lotus position.
Second you sit with your spine and head erect.
Third you put your index finger and thumb together. (both hand)
Fourth touch your tongue to the roof of your mouth.
Fifth look at the tip of your nose and close your eyes.
And Sixth breath normally and concentrate on your breathing.
PLEASE tell me how it works for your guys.

There is a way easier way to practice meditation that is proven to work.
1) Sit in a comfortable position
2) Focus on a specific object or thought (breathing works fine)
Not perhaps 'yoga' but accessible way before you will ever get into lotus position.
IMO there is more to 'yoga' than simply meditation.

Yoga is more than a simple workout regime, but rather it is a holistic method of exercise that serves to rejuvenate the body. Yoga usually performed series of movements.
