feeling like a ball of energy

Hi friends!
IM writing this post because I would like to share my experience with you. I haven't really talked about this to anyone before. Ever since I was little I felt sometimes like a big ball and other times I would feel small like an insect. But I've never payed much attention to it as I thought it was a normal feeling that everyone had. It wasn't until this year recently that I had that experience as I was laying in bed and I mentioned it to a shaman and he told me that I should look into reiki. I guess my question is where do I go from here? Also I feel energy in my hands during meditation.

That sounds incredible! For me the energy from my hands i often use in meditation. Its way stronger than any other energy i have to work with.

Im no expert at any of this stuff. but i think that doing what is interesting to you is whats best. Good luck!

Nice to hear your experience and the particular feeling of assuming that it could be normal feeling for everyone.

We really experience many unique things which are not common. The concept of energy hasn't yet matured in mainstream of science.

I also used to get amused on the reactions of other people on my little but unique experiences. Which appeared to me as very normal but were not common to others.

One day my friend introduced me to "Pranic Healing". Then I felt very peaceful that atleast someone talking about energy. By understanding this energy all those experiences got un-mystified.
