After all this time the only time I can find myself not thinking of him is when I'm too busy with other things. When life slows down my mind speeds up. Unfortunately I cannot keep myself and my mind busy every waking moment. I've learned if I allow myself time to just think about him I can move past it. The more I try to push him out of the mind the more his memory is glaring at me. Sometimes you just have to allow yourself that time in order to move through it. Well, at least that's how it is for me anyway. I'm sorry you're dealing with this!

I've tried to keep the thoughts of her out of mind, including using self hypnosis which works for a lot of other things, but doesn't work for thoughts of her. Its some sort of telepathy experience, or rather involves telepathy.

Well I do have a life to focus on lol but when I get busy with life he's there but not completely just on the back of my mind almost subliminally? glad it's better for you though!
