If you read any of these books concerning non-dualism such as Osho or Tolle, you must read them not from an intellectual view, if you don't see the deeper meaning behind what they are trying to point to, you will interpret it from the ego mind. I have read many works of Osho and found nothing of what you have described, in fact i see the opposite of what you have described.
