Is there evidence for astral travel?

Tom Campbell said that once you start astral projecting, the first thing you can do is collect the evidence for yourself. Go to places, see things, and then check them when you're awake. Then you know it's real.

OK you could be right. Some people in business make millions of dollars in profit and it is not enough. They want to make more money.

I doubt that a wise businessman would think that he could increase his fortune by writing books about a subject that the majority of the population doesn't care about, let alone believe in.

I have yet to have an conscious o.b.e. my self , but a few years ago I did will my self to give my phone # to any one I met while out of body during sleep , as we all go out during sleep , but dont remember . I did get some out of state calls where no one spoke . If some one had told me they got my number from what they thought was a ghost , I would think that would be proof .

Just wondering, would it be possible to "sneak" into cinemas for free movies, to go to a crystal shop when its closed and meditate in there in astral form, to go on free tours, to stalk people, etc.. It should be possible right? Would be also be able to interact with physical objects like how ghosts can play with lights, make cold spots and knock things over? And, would it be possible that we could be exorcised, smudged/cleansed out of an area, or even have our soul sealed up? I probably watch too much movies
