Spirit guides mission and the death hearing and seeing us

Do we all have spirit guides? Are there multiple guides for each of us?

What exactly is the Spirit guides mission? We have a free will that they can't alter and we have control of everything in our lives, so what exactly do the spirit guides do? Stay there and watch us? Are they even near us, or watch us from above?

Furthermore, I always hear my mother while doing housework or cooking saying "Oh mom, where are you to watch me?" Can grandma really hear or see her daughter? Is grandma really grandma? She had a nice, warm and kind personality

Honestly you find your answers here,you need to look within,that's why i mentioned putting 'pen to paper'.

It's not only cathartic but therapeutic.

Take some time out from everything just write.
