Sweet shop, messaging old flame and bus dream

I was in a shop behind the counter I believe, Matt kept coming in. I had a burner phone. Was talking and texting an old flame. When Matt come in I would stop. I was in a Sweet shop. When we Left the shop we was then on a bus, Matt was sitting at the front and I was nearer the back, this woman in between turnt to me and said she knows about me speaking to this person and she will tell Matt. She said "We all know." Then I woke up.


I had actually messaged this person last week when I was feeling rock bottom for support I guess and to see how they were. Is this showing me feeling guilty which I do?

imo, the heart wants what it wants, and there's absolutely no cause for
introducing "guilt" into the equation. guilt is a mental tool, designed to
modify behaviors into what the mind has conceived of as proper or
acceptable (it is an agency of control over something). the heart does
not create a mechanism to cause it pain... that would be a non-loving
act as i see it... what the heart creates is purely loving, by nature.

in the dream you were behind the counter at a sweet shop... you
were selling sweet things (projecting an aura of sweetness?). the
burner phone is disposable, and so is that past relationship i take it.
the dynamic of your relationship with Matt has come into the public
purview, and they're likely to weigh in with their own thoughts it
seems. the truth of your feelings and desires resides within you
however, and that can't be foisted upon you from the outside.
