Do you have central heating and if so....

….at what temperature do you set it?

I set my heating at 21.5C which is about 71F. Some people may think that is really high, but I need it like that to stop feeling cold.

During the day when everyone walks around, 19 C at night 20 sometimes 21C
But at the moment we use the evaporative cooling. to get it down to 24C

Im like you Honza I have got fibromyalgia and arthritis so it doesn't do for me to get cold.

I prefer our heating no higher than 18C, my husband likes it higher, I turn it down he turns it up!

yes put on for 1 hor in morn thn 1 hor it nite hust tryn to keep coz doon bit bu t halgeen heeterr uses les engryss but givs u mor heet
but need heet for my nec sholdr spinee coz of wear tear in it wish i no is fom of arthrr it is

We have hot water heat. It keeps a constant warm in the winter no matter the outside temp.
