Are you eating plant-based? In my opinion a plant-based diet is the basis for good health. I get my information from nutrition facts dot org, such as the "how not to die" video, and from the recent documentary called "What the health". In this latter documentary, people with severe illnesses are interviewed before and after 3 weeks of eating plant-based. There is reasearch backing this up (all claims in What the health are backed up by scientific references). I'm not trying to make any promises, but if you are eating animal products then I would switch.
Take care,
Martin

Thank you, Martin. I am not entirely vegetarian yet as I still eat fish, chicken and eggs, but not red meat.
I already understand I have to give this up, as well as all starchy foods and carbs and drink more raw juices....every day instead of a few days a week.
In addition to this, 'Dr. God' has also said I have to take turmeric, withania, boswellia, apple cider vinegar (with mother), mustard oil, manuka honey, drink 3 litres of water daily, do certain yoga postures, aqua aerobics, certain mantras and breathing practices...it's a whole huge lifestyle change for me.
However, I also understand if I don't do this, I will just continue to suffer.
Problem is, if I keep listening to Him, I won't need anybody else...not that I do anyway...but I'm trying to fit into a 'human system' being a human being...and I am failing badly.

A good thing about the plant-based diet is that it has a big variety of food to offer, so it's not like you "can't eat anything anymore". Most veggies taste great if you don't overcook them, and are easy to prepare (you can experiment with new ones). I usually let them simmer in some oil and herbs for 5 minutes over a stove (many taste especially great from the oven, but I think a stove is simpler). Also, I love salads, which are easy to prepare as well. Beans, lentils and chickpeas are also delicious in my opinion.
According to "What the health" chicken meat is especially bad because it contains an abundance of hostile bacteria that cause inflammation. This information is kept hidden as much as possible. I recently learned that in restaurants all meat and veggies are kept strictly seperate (separate fridges, cutting boards, etc), probably for this reason.
If you try it out (and I recommend doing it strictly), I would love to hear your findings, as I'm very interested in the health effects of eating vegan (I saw the effect in the movie, but if more people notice the same changes, that would be very inspiring).
Best regards,
Martin
