Embrace & Release

Present moment orientation would entail an orientation of ‘embrace & release, flowing nonchalantly like the breeze’, as I often put it in my poems. No looking back, no looking forward, unless it is specific to a task, meaning, the trigger to exit the now-continuum does not appear on its own unless we contemplate thus for a specific purpose.

For quite awhile, I find myself as such. So people close to me, family and friends and business associates are perplexed because there are no forgiveness issues, being replaced by acceptance, no desire because of a vibrant, bliss energised emptiness that displaces desires and significantly reduces fear. Issues which seem to bother others does not impact me, in fact, it does not appear in the thinking process.

I wonder if anyone else here feels the same way, acts the same way, owing to a consciousness shift?

I think this way about death and pain. It’s been a couple year journey and the only way I can sum it up is 60+ years of living without serious pain than turmoil of such or mental or emotional but serves us to grow~ and one day of pain & dying (repeated if reincarnating) the death is spread out and that’s probably a way to rack up many centuries of lives just for a day of death and suffering… you get a new body new life new experiences- and eventually you’ll grow from the pain and death and forget when you process and over come it..

This is has been my logic speaking of death.

I’ve allowed this embrace and release for 36 yrs without full realisation that the end results of this dedication would bring me to a place of deeper neautrality/non reaction and deep acceptance. I think to reach the fullness of this state, you do have to embrace fully the present moment, as it is, let it move through you fully to release the totality if its activation. Taking full responsibility for you in every way the moment presents itself. Once you do this you understand their is nothing to forgive, everything to gain.. I get to practice my joyful being now at the forefront of most things. I allow myself to feel freely without impeding that flow. My mind doesn’t contain my flow.

People are still very much reacting around me, so this too is practice to see how far I’ve come. My reality tends to take me back to old pivotal triggers, so I often use this to gauge my progress. Now I’m noticing they themselves are caught up in the very trigger they inflicted outwardly at me and even as they couldn’t see with me, they are seeing, this time around what it means in them. It’s the turning of the life wheel you see the ever deepening processors we move through together. The turning of your own wheel, where everything changes in every way of your reality when you do the work on yourself.

For me it is like breathing; we inhale or embrace and then we exhale and release; a flow which seemingly is not meant to possess or own, but allow to continually come and go on its own. It also seems to me that a lot people have trouble releasing and I think that may have to do with fear. When a person is afraid they often hold their breath clogging the flow, even rapid breathing can cause a person to hyperventilate. Speeding up the flow we may not get its full embrace. In my opinion best to be one with the flow and allow it to move its own way.

Tended to by God Himself
Life flows gently by itself
Though nodes within, in joy prance
Void-centric remains soul’s stance

We look outward, through this form
Enraptured by a bliss storm
Having now become the flame
Tranquil eye, our claim to fame
