changing magnetic poles

A new thread so as not to derail the one this conversation started on.

The earth's magnetic poles are moving, especialy the north magnetic pole, which is making it's way toward Russia.

One Florida airport had to close it's runway because the magnetic numbers printed on the runways no longer match the numbers of the plane's instruments.

interestingly enough all this ties in with the earth's core, with solar radiation and even one nature site mentions massive bird and fish kill due to nictolucent ( sp?) clouds in the upper atmosphere ( 50 miles) and magnetic shift affecting them. Some of the info i took with a grain of salt as it seemed speculation.

Many years ago when I first started reading Kryon it was spoken that the poles would shift. I have no clue what the meaning to earth it would bring to, I have no clue what meaning it would bring to us spiritually, hopefully this will bring about a conversation about it, thanks for bringing this up.

I think a magentic pole shift is inevitable, but still a long way off. It's one of those things people like to speculate on, and spread doom and gloom about. In truth, if the poles shifted it would cause some inconveniences globally, but not a worldwide catastrophe. Compasses wouldn't work right and would have to be re-calibrated once the shift completed, and likely it would frighten a lot of people, but the actual harm caused by the event would be minimal.

Correction. The airport had to change it's runway numbers, because they correspond with the compass heading. It did not shut down. Several airports have had to make such changes due to the magnetic shift, and others have had to in the past due to earthquakes physically moving the ground.
