Creating a double for astral projection

So what did you learnt?? Did you really forgot all the stuff you saw?? Mind to share what you saw?!?! Reading about this stuff is very interesting.

@AstralTraveller Yes, nothing, just few images. Practiced this more last night, I am getting better at this to the point I can also do this, with eyes open, and I did this today while taking a walk, I imagined I am standing upside down, that they sky is the "floor" and the ground the "sky". Anyway, something happened, something happened with my experience of the night sky, it looks different than I have ever seen it before, it looks as if this is an out of body experience, tangible, touchable.

In deep meditation that blackness we see when we have our eyes closed suddenly is taking the form of a dome, it becomes tangible, touchable, alive, not just something that we ignore. This is how the night sky looks to me now, never felt something like this about it. I stepped outside and had this strange feeling that I am in an out of body experience as if this realm is just like the astral.

@ThatMan cool, sounds great, like a new way of feeling spacial awareness!
I was trying the spinning but seem to keep snapping back into the "middle," have you still been doing it? I think what worked better for me was "rocking" or feeling tethered almost like your upside down instance.

@Apakhana Akshobhya Yes, I made a huge progress in the last period. Now, when I am doing this I am hearing this low-frequency humming sound and it feels really good. When this sound appears, I can feel that I am starting to float out of my body, there are all sorts of sensations, I can talk more about this.. and of course I had a bunch of experiences.
