Inner Self Meditation


Close your eyes: Breathe naturally. Sit for a moment before you begin and unwind.

Allow your heart and breathing to slow.

Don’t slouch – sit up straight.

Next you can focus in on your inner being your true self. Know that you are consciousness. Let your mind and your will surrender to your divine will and mind.

Allow this consciousness to fill your entire being. Know that you are ONE with the all.

Focus in on your divine spark of consciousness that resides within your heart. Allow this divine spark to fill your heart. Allow this spark to slowly fill your entire being.

Breathe slowly allowing your breath to fill your entire being as you allow this divine spark fill you.

Focus in on being one with this divine spark.

When you have focused in on this consciousness allow it to fill you. Allow your mind to let go and merge with this consciousness.

Do not force it. Let it be gradual.

Let your mind slowly drift into nothingness.

Allow your body to get lighter and lighter.

Allow your mind to move into nothingness.

Allow your mind to be one with the all.

Now just relax and let go. Be at peace. Be one…

When you are done allow your mind to slowly return back to the moment that you are in. Allow yourself to return to your body, and your thoughts. Allow yourself to become centered back into your being. Allow yourself to ground back to earth, and slowly return to your everyday life. With the knowledge of knowing you are one with the divine consciousness and are ready to tackle anything that is waiting for you.

Thank you Inner ! I was looking for a new meditation and this one seems just right.

Amazing lately on the timing of things, synchronicity or whatever ~ this is the second time that I have been thinking of something, wanting to learn something, and voila ! here it appears ! Almost a little eerie (in a good way, of course ) how this " ask and ye shall receive " is happening, with just the beginning of thoughts, as they enter my mind ... not actually having to ask.

Well our minds are powerful tools that can co-create our realities. I felt compelled to place this meditation that I wrote, I think a year ago, on to this site.

So here we are.
