Green quartz. I recently bought this in Tenerife and not worn it before today. I felt a bit rough this morning, in the night I woke several times and my heart was racing, but since wearing the quartz I have felt so much better, so, a good choice I think.

I wear emerald and pearl, both I get from rasavgems. What I want to say after wearing the stones, life changes, definitely stones are source of energy
