If everything was rosy and wonderful without any contrast we wouldn't. We'd stand still and do nothing.
Contrast is the trigger, the instigator that makes us want to grow, change, evolve.

Currently the contrast is quite big, especially for Lightworkers, as we have our own last layers and things that come up for cleansing while we also have to integrate and deal with the increasing higher incoming light and need to adept to that like everyone else.
On top of that we have collective stuff to deal with that comes up from others, and increasing heavy energies from the earth as like us the planet too is letting go of the old and dense.
So it's a lot to deal with for Lightworkers and can be the cause of all kinds of ailments, illness, burnout etc.

As above so below, as the energies from above get more intense, so does the other stuff that is being released on Earth.
Thank goodness this goes for the good too, but typically Lightworkers have to be the Pillars of Light that hold everything steady.
