How do affirmations reach subconscious best?
If we just intellectually repeat affirmations, from what I experienced and read about other people experiences, it takes 1-2 years of daily "drilling" until significant results can be reached, and most of us give up before that time.
But there are ways to reach it faster and easier. I am experimenting with 2 ways now, and both involve affirmations I recorded in my own voice.
1.) I use them in audible sound, but listen to them, when I am in hypnosis like state (falling asleep or waking up, sleepy, and I would use, when I am sick, but for now I felt great, so didn't get to use that ). I simply played music on low sound as I recorded, but now I could connect it with the same program I used for subliminal recording.
2.) Made subliminal recording by putting voice file on very low volume comparing to music or nawww.MC2Method.org/subliminal-software/ture sounds.
I use this free program:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CCKllGkwaN4
Oh yes, there is a third way -but it belongs to second really -subliminal text or images on the computer screen. I used this free program for it:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kEs3gQ2VThw this shows how to use it
www.MC2Method.org/subliminal-software/
I wonder if anyone played around with these or similar methods and how did it go?

Those are good methods. The trick is to get emotionally involved in the affirmation.
Your subconscious doesn't think, it just responds to what is notable or intense. So the more emotion we put behind something the more likely it will be internalized by the subconscious.
I think you can speed the affirmation recordings effects up by getting in a positively charged state from time to time while listening to them and getting consciously involved with them, in addition to just letting them play in the background.
The subconscious takes note of repeated things but emotional things trump that.

Hi,
I also like audible sound from my own voice as well and use this technique. The body will recognize your voice and respond to the energies of your intent.
I can report that using these methods has led me to exceptional good health and mental well being.

Thank you, John, that is useful to know. Do you do it still or stopped after a while? Do you change affirmations for specific goals or just keep them general?

Well, when we are in hypnotic state that feels good, although it is not excitement kind of good.
However another thing that works very well for me is simply being in the NOW and enjoying my current reality. Anything -walking, touching, seeing, etc. Very simple. That is also feeling very good, but not that excitement kind of good either. It is a peaceful kind of good, being kind of good. Is that what you meant, Engellstein?

What I do is state in a short comment which reflects the "end result" of well being in my mind. I say that phrase every morning out loud as I look into a mirror, three times. I have not changed those words in the dozen or so years I have been doing this.

Now you got me curious. What is the sentence, if you don't mind sharing.

Good Morning, Divine Beloved Powerful Master.
The key is the good morning happy energy of my intent. The last 4 words are stated as already accomplished results.
We are all encouraged to construct our own wording for this kind of affirmation to be most effective.

Sounds like valuable insight to me. "Subconscious responds to emotions best" -- I like that and may need to add more focus in that direction.
I like to use hemi-sync/binaural beats and combine that with a tape/track that has the messages I want--I play them both and keep the talking part low and relax.
Great topic!

You could use a cleaning analogy. Say we have a cruddy pan and a scrubber. The scrubber represents our affirmations, the cruddy pan represents us. Getting a clean pan represents our desired internal change.
You can simply repeat moving the scrubber back and forth peacefully and that will eventually get you a clean pan - after several hours.
Or you can put your back into it and scrub living daylights out of that pan til it shines like a diamond - in a few minutes or less.
The effort put into it represents the emotion you back your affirmations with. More positive emotion = quicker results.
So when you say your affirmation, don't just say it like you're reading it. Really put feeling into. Pretend that your an actor and you're reciting the biggest lines of your life. Feel it.
Do this verbally, in real time, to yourself; and you can record it too and listen passively. Passive listening will also benefit from the emotional punch.
No emotion will work too, but if you want results quick, put your back into it.
