is it me thinking or are they someone elses thoughts?
its been a year now.. i feel as if i can talk to people from inside without actually having conversation.. as if i know what they think of me...but i am not sure whether its the way i see it.. i am little confused when there are irrelevant thoughts coming into my head.. i tend to doubt my thoughts most of the times..are they ,my thoughts or someone Else's ? how to distinguish between them ..can anyone help me in this?

They could be just parts of your own subconsciousness , its hard to say. Does it matter where the thoughts of the ones you are talking too are coming from?
