Sage blessings
Light the sage
Gently blow into the ambers
Breath blending with the smoke
The smoke becomes the breath
Of the sage, of the space
Feel the energy rise
With in the smokey mist
Blessings rising with in
Blessings filling the space
Wave the smoke
Feel it carry upon the gentle breeze
As it rises, so does the positive
So does the divine
Feel the weight of worry lift
Feel the silence enter mind
Sit and allow the sage to do it work
Sit and be with oneself
Now the sage has slowly burned out
Leaving its blessings
Releasing the weight
All is calm, at peace,
Once more in union
Thanks go out

Sage is very good for cleansing yourself you can feel a difference I like sage

Sage is very good for cleansing oneself.
I have also used it to cleanse my living space at times.
