Dream interpretation
A few nights ago I dreamt I needed heart surgery and for whatever reason I could cut down my own chest and take a piece of my heart to be operated on externally. I did so and then it was given to a surgeon. He put the piece of my heart on ice. After a few days I realised no surgery was happening and I regretted giving that piece of my heart so eagerly. All I could do was be hopeful that my heart could regenerate. I felt SO relieved when I woke up from the dream.
I know this probably has something to do with my heart chakra.

i found that my own heart chakra was solid, as if on ice. It has taken many years to warm it up and make it less solid... I'm still working on it...
but that is just me  |

Could this be something about seeking validation from external sources rather than within you? Are you feeling cut off from yourself emotionally and in need of healing but perhaps not realising that healing is an inward journey? The dream may be saying your heart chakra is blocked and you need healing but that healing is an inward job.

I didn't see the symbolism of the ice till I read your comment. I didn't see any ice in my dream, I just perceived that my heart was put on ice.
I think it's a work in progress :) |

One of the thoughts crossing my mind while reading about your dream, SapphireBlue, was - do you feel like you are giving love, friendship, and are not getting any return, like people are putting you on ice / hold? Or like they are making promises but then take more time than you expect and you feel like you have been forgotten?

Hi Karma_Eleon, I have experienced this and learned to walked away from 'friendships' like this. I do however think friends grow apart. Also I think you have to spend time being your own best friend, especially when you are on a more spiritual path. Who knows, maybe my soul tribe will show up soon!
