What steps are you doing to heal yourself? Also in reiki. There's nothing wrong with seeking professional medical help.

We're suppose to work with each other. If you get anti biotics. You can use reiki to strengthen your immune system and to allow your body and mind to relax. This will allow healing to take place easier.

A strong tea of Chinese Star Anise and Goldenseal would be most beneficial~


The Star Anise will help release the trapped mucus and the Goldenseal will help dry up the upper respiratory tract~

Eliminate all Dairy, all red meat, and all sugar (a little raw honey is ok) as these foods are mucus forming~

Pneumonia can be very dangerous if not treated in a timely fashion.....
