Hehe, it's the bigger city in which I find nothing!
Very frustrating to say least... kind of forces you in an undesired direction, you know?

Really? D: Dang, that sucks.

Sometimes I wonder if you can get stuff via online stores? Like spices and such? I imagine it would be hard to buy produce online and get it shipped to you fast enough where it won't spoil. But other vegan stuff that isn't produce, perhaps you can find an online site that can ship you some of it.

Breakfast: Oatmeal with curry seasoning, cashews and raisins.

Lunch: Yukon gold potato hash with red peppers, black beans and mango-lime salsa

Dinner: Cranberry Wild Rice Soup with cut tri-color baby carrots, celery, onion, wild rice, dried cranberries, and a dash of sherry. :)

Vegan choc chip waffles, pear and carrot smoothie, almonds, romaine based lettuce blend with raspberry vinagerette.

Making date balls for tomorrow as well.

So far I had:

- a jar of home squeezed pomegranate & tangerine juice + water. .
- vegan **** bread sandwich with spinach, arugula, and sundried tomatoes.
- children's chewie gummy vitamins lol
- a kiwi

I fasted until about 4:00 p.m. (got blood work done and went to doc).
Had a coupon for a free chicken tostada at El Pollo Loco (EPL). <3
small drink to go with.

for lunch I had homemade oatmeal made with a mix of cashew milk and water, with blackberries and maple syrup on it

then for dinner, leftover cabbage soup
