Update: Spiritual is now winning the race, followed by agonistic (or agnostic, pending interpretation)

If ever there was the need to get clear on what religion is lol.

Religion: faith belief; belief in supernatural beings; cultural system of behaviors and practices, holy places, ethics, and societal organisation; priest or reverend as spiritual intermediary.

Shinto: ethnic faith; worshiping a multitude of gods; focused on ritual practices and ceremonies carried out at public shrines; tens of thousands of Shinto priests.

Its my intent to actually visit Japan one day.

I used to be a story-writer and often times I would study Religious and Mythological figures to understand ways of creating plot archetypes and things of that nature.

One of the things I studied was Shinto - and it was absolutely amazing to me. The ideals, Yokai, the Gods. All of it was very cryptic through sometimes it always had me wondering 'what-if,' I mean if someone told me that the Jurogumo were real, I'd honestly be unsure if I could say it wasn't.
