Tarot Site
I'm not able to post URL's yet, too much of a newbie! But if you will google "Adam's Tarot Weblog" you will discover some very interesting decks and discussions. Adam Mclean is a very interesting Scot soul who is a real expert in Tarot and alchemy from something of an artistic/academic perspective.
He also runs "The Alchemy Website".
If anyone takes a look I'd be curious of your impressions. I've followed Adam for years and think him a rather good read.

I came across this site while searching for decks lol. Already had it bookmarked. It's nice. But a little frustrating that there are a lot of decks that I wouldn't be able to easily acquire if I wanted them. Still fun to look at them online.

Adam McLean
Still yet, spend some time following this guy. Here is something interesting, complex and genuine. I really love how he has struggled as an artist, how crotchety he is, and how unapologetic he remains.
we can all learn
