Hatha yoga is wonderful. I have found profound healing with it. I am working to establish a home-based practice now due to time management issues. It is challenging, but it's inspiring to hear all the positive comments here. Yay for yoga!

I've been practicing a little yoga for the past few days and I love it, it's more of a physical health yoga though. I'd love to start practicing regularly but I don't know anything about yoga and it seems complicated with how many different styles there are.
Does anyone have a recommendation of a yoga book/dvd for a beginner? (something that is a little more advanced than just the basics, I'm new to yoga but I'm in very good health and pretty flexible, I'm only 20) I'm not sure where to start but I would love to

I just found "Raja Yoga" by Swami Vivekananda in the depths of my comp. I think I'm gonna try to start with this, only a few pages in and it seems like an amazing book already
"Each soul is potentially divine. The goal is to manifest this divinity within, by controlling nature, external and internal. Do this either by work, or worship, or psychic control, or philosophy-by one, or more, or all of these-and be free, This is the whole of religion. Doctrines, or dogmas, or rituals, or books, or temples, or forms, are but secondary details."
