Coming Back to AP!
Well, i moved a few months ago and stopped ap due to school and work. But I'm comin' back! But i need a few pointers. I could get to the vibrational stage almost all the time, but i cant get past excitement. I read you have to choose a destination first... ok. then do i "will" myseld there or imagine walking there. ty in advance to anyone. happy travels!

You have to get rid of the excitement. The excitement will send you back into your body. Just stay calm and relaxed.
You do not have to have a destination but I think it is a good idea to have a place in mind. Otherwise you can end up all over the place, like me.

Yes Cmillion... Choosing a target spot ahead of time gets you past the vibrational exiting stage.
To begin with you could use a familiar spot in your house, like a doorway or place you often sit. Later on you can choose further away or other-dimensional destinations.
