Last night I diced up the rest of the pork loin roast and fixed pork fried fried rice and egg foo young. We have tons left over.

Oh damn that is yummy. I made crock pot chicken fiesta tacqitos last night. They were so good!

The other day we went to a local fish market and had fresh crab & stuffed prawns. It was really fantastic ( gotta love living next to the Pacific). Today the family went to Olive Garden. What a major DUD. They have really fallen off the rails. Pay more, get less, and not all that impressive in taste. Two major thumbs DOWN. Reason number 100026 why I cant stand chains restaurants... Ok,end of rant  P.S. I had unlimited salad and these tiny mushrooms that were supposed to be stuffed with crab meat or something
