Hello everyone!
Hello everyone, my name is Ron. My spiritual practice is only meditation at the moment (beginner). I would like to learn more about Astral Projecting and Meditation. Growing up since a kid, I been encountered a few times by voices (not the voice in my head) around me sometimes when no one is home. As well of random feelings, where it feels blissful that it made me feel grateful for that a few seconds. My spiritual journey, it been quite a eye opening experience that I'm willing to learn and explore more of the truth. What do you recommend learning?

my #1 recommendation would be that you find and honor your
inner voice on all matters. that will assure that you are
not serving some external agenda, and ensure that you are
being authentic and true to your own being.

Hello!
Hi Ron!
Meditation is amazing. I recommend you use it as much as possible. I think you would find the Chakras and Reki healing interesting. I've done some reading on them and I think that it would go hand in hand with meditation.
