What did I see?
I wasn't sure where to post this. Sorry if it's in the wrong section.
Anyway, a few days ago... I saw a white misty light exit my heart chakra ..dancing and then spiraling very fast outwards away from me as it dissapeared. When I say 'saw', I mean litteraly clear as day, not just in my "minds eye'... I wasn't meditating or anything. It happened very quickly.
I saw something similar a few years ago when I woke up one morning and saw a spinning green vortex of energy. I do see orbs too ... but this was very different shape/form & bigger & coming from my heart chakra as I said. Anybody have any suggestions as to what I may have seen? & why it was exiting my heart chakra? Was I just seeing my own energy?
