Hemitite cracking

I have a very negative work environment. I also was (am?) under psychic attack.

I've been wearing a chunk of hematite for the past 3 weeks or so. It cracked very quickly. I bought some more. I have one that I wear, and I put it in dirt at the end of the day. I sleep with 2 different peaces and a clear crystal, I put the hematite in the dirt when I get up. I also run them all under running water 2x a week I felt the negativity was too much for one stone. I've also placed some around the house...My front door for example.

Anyway, I've had 2 stones crack. I thought I was overworking the first one I had, but now a second one has cracked. They have not broken. I've read about rings cracking, but not stones. And yes it's hematite. I scratched a white plate, and the scratch was red. Is this normal? I feel very connected to both of these stones, and would hate to have to bury them.

For the record, my mood is better. MUCH better. Once I started sleep with the crystals, I have had the most wonderful sleep. I believe the psychic attack to be over or winding down. I's amazing how much of a drain it was on me, and I didn't even realize it until I managed to make it stop. I've also have a new job, and have given notice where I am. The crystals have been working very hard for me (I've also admitted my own roll in the attack, and have worked very hard to stop it) .

Hi :)

I would trust your intuition, but clearing hematite with water isn't so good as it contains iron. Check out other methods for that.

Perhaps take a look at carnelian, as they would help to look after your stones :)
