Hello
What will help the most is grounding. Sleeping with Amathyst really helps calm the emotions that are awakened with the moon.
A nice mineral salt bath helps as well.
To calm the heart Rose Quartz works well to balance the positive and negative pulls of the Earth during the full Moon.

I remember the hype surrounding the last 'super-moon', and when it finally came, nothing out-of-the-ordinary occurred; it was just like any other night.

Good question iScorpio. I love moonstones - have a collection of them - but I like what Lynn said about grounding. I find moonstones more of a healing stone than for grounding.

Yes moonstone would make it worse . It's better to be well grounded than to be washed away with the moonstone energies . X
