Hi,
Is just wearing a crystal considered as crystal healing ?

I have read you should put the appropriate crystal on or around you for 10 to 30 minutes ,but if you wear it all day can it also be okay ?

I have also read how to do crystal healing for the chakra,but let's says someone got diabetes and one crystal can help with it, not deal with it,but can help, should the person wear it 10 to 30minutes or a all days or everyday ?

Hi :)

It's beneficial to carry around crystals within your aura, unless you become ungrounded because of them. If your using a grid to heal yourself, with a specific intent, then limit the time. Trust your intuition.

Here's some info about grids.

A simple Amethyst grid was my favorite to start with. Used for protection etc, with four stones to create a space, and my pendant to work with.
