Experience of visiting a past life professional?
Hi guys,
I have recently been considering visiting a professional who could enlighten me about my past life experiences. I was just wondering if anyone here has experiences of visiting a professional and would you recommend actually going?
Thanks

Sure, but I will say one thing...be really ready and anxious to
go back.
I wasted my time because I was going SO forward with exciting
things in my life,
building an addition to my home even, that
nothing in me wanted to look in the rear view mirror.
It was a old friend that offered for $75...so I said, Sure...
Waste of my time...and hers...I was blocking/resisting.

If you really are interested in knowing more about your reactions to things in this lifetime, looking back is a great way to learn. Just be open and remember you may not like the person you see in your past. That just means you've evolved.

yes
I too have been curious about this.
I'm just afraid of bring it up to a licensed therapist. I wonder if it would easily just happen under hypnotherapy so I wouldn't have to mention my curiosity of the subject beforehand.
These discussions are safe online and around others we know are open. I'd just have to know someone well to freely discuss some of these things openly offline.

I would advise some caution. Some things are better left unknown. I have had one 'professional' who told me that I had murdered a current family member (who they named). I don't think that was wise or helpful.

Make sure you work with a trained, licensed hypnotherapist who also has extensive training in past life regression.
Getting a psychic reading for past lives can be helpful, but is less reliable and less helpful. As a professional psychic, I always refer to a professional hypnotherapist trained in past life regression. A professional assists and guides in understanding the past experience(s) and in integrating the lessons without any pain or heartache.
Although I don't agree with everything he says or teaches, Brian Weiss has an excellent FAQ on his website.

The only issue is that a licensed hypnotherapist is a psychologist or psychiatrist. Insurance would cover it but then one would be subjected to saying they'd visited one if legally asked. Also, one would have to admit why they were there. I understand there are ones that are active in this but it's much easier, for me, to talk about these things online rather than in person.
I guess I would have open up to a non psychologist or psychiatrist if I visited one of those, such as a hypnotist or the like, but that would seem more of an interest type of thing. It's not really about worrying what others may think but years of being human and the baggage that comes along with it that makes some worry about the stigma.

Hello
Be ready for what comes up that might not resonate with one's values or morals in this lifetime or a death event that is unsettling. At times it can seem very real and can leave sting when one comes back from the viewing. So make sure that you know that its a flash of the past that does not have to define whom on is today in this lifetime. Also be ready to accept maybe not always being human.
