Painful Energy Overload or Feeding Entity?
I have a very strong sensation of static electricity throughout my head, so much so that its moving my hair around. Like theres a bunch of balloons surrounding my head. It also feels like tendrils sinking into my crown chakra to feed. I dont know which it is, and I dont know how to tell. I am new to energy work. Today was the first day I was able to make a psi ball. I was practicing making them all day today. I could get them to the size of a baseball, and powerful enough to almost burn my hands.
I wanted to stop using my own energy, so I decided to use the same method I use to power my shields. I asked for a beam of pure energy from the divine source to flow straight into my crown chakra and power my energy needs. I used this method for a while, and my energy practices were significantly more powerful. I asked for the beam to stop and my chakras to return to normal operation. After a while my head, and then my whole body started to feel very hot. and then this static feeling started with my hair. What the heck is going on?
EDIT I am starting to get little burning sensations on my arms and shoulders. Like someone is randomly putting a bunch of cigarettes out
