seeing the light around myself and others has become more intense as of late. i am meditating more effectively and feel different sensations. the weird thing that has happened the last couple weeks is i get a sudden feeling of dizziness. it goes as quick as it comes. it doesnt' even last a second. almost feels like my equilibrium is off just for that split second. it just seems since i've been focusing more on my third eye, this has happened. it's not alarming me or anything, but i was wondering if anyone else has experienced these "waves" and what is it? i am healthy otherwise...thanks phil

my guess would be, your vibrations are getting higher, because of being happy and positive.. I suggest building up lots of love energy (because love energy is the highest frequency of all) and the process of transition (awakening) will be smoother.. By the way, you are totaly right, because you are becoming more conscious, your third eye is opening!! If you wonder why everything is happening so quickly pm me, love to share info.. best wishes..
