A thought to expand
My sacred heart flame
Through the stillness a
Higher awareness speaks
I declare my time has come
After a world of given illusion
And broken promises
Comes tumbling down
Looking at my hopes and dreams
I'am ready to rise again
Multifaceted creations
To be inspired and built on
To bring forward
in this forever changing world

A nurtured heart growing and expanding

taking a deep breath in
I honour the light
that fills my entire being
focusing in inner dwelling emotions
I know this voice of great clarity
cast away all your doubts
and fears my friend
take your self back to the beginning
to the return of innocence
and all off knowing
Trust
do not be afraid what people say
for a collision of war erupts into a thousand thoughts?
when self doubt turns into fear
trust and follow your own path
love, honor, devotion
feel it
lighter vibrations in motion
that's the return to your pure hearted

we must allow
the free flowing of life
to grow, to change
in all the right places
we thought it never could
so when you stand with tears
in your eyes
and don't know which path
to choose
I will stand with you
because iv been there to
along in the darkest of hours
I've also cried to
but in the silence
a voice of contentment
spoke to me
let it speak to you
there is a chance for a new beginning
to cast away the shadows
that no longer work for you
a language of love to be given
breath in, breath out
one step at a time
till one day you see
the butterfly emerge

As I stand the testament of time
change is all that is desired now
old patterns begin to fall.
I embrace the importance
Of love, deeply set in my heart
For now there is only one internal truth
That being the great soul.
For there is no other path id choose to follow
The enlightened path of service and love
For times are changing for the masses
on this great planet earth
I watch those who are close to me
Spectacular though they might not realise.
But I smile and congratulate there internal being
For we are all in this together
To raise our frequencies
To the next level of the upmost high
To engage with our fellow Human nature
With a new set of characteristics
which will form an even greater being in our hearts
And as always bringing us closer
To our creator, the great power source of existence.
